At Original Goodness Australia, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Due to the nature of personal care, skincare and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns for opened, used or tampered products unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.


How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if relevant

Please do not send any items back to us before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund or store credit.


Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not purchased directly from Original Goodness Australia

Products Purchased from Other Retailers

If you purchased an Original Goodness Australia product from another retailer, distributor, marketplace or third-party website, please contact the place of purchase directly.

We can only process returns, refunds or exchanges for orders purchased directly from Original Goodness Australia.


Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products, depending on stock availability.

Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank, credit card provider or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by law.
