Shipping Information

Original Goodness Australia ships orders from Australia. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, order weight and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Public holidays
  • Promotional periods
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Unexpected stock or carrier delays

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Australian Delivery

Estimated delivery times within Australia depend on your location and selected shipping service.

As a general guide:

  • Standard delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express delivery may take approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


International Delivery

International shipping may be available to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs process and local delivery network.

As a general guide, international orders may take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Some international deliveries may take longer due to customs or local postal delays.


Shipping Carriers

We may use a range of shipping carriers depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size
  • Parcel weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Carrier availability

In some cases, we may need to use a different shipping method from the one selected at checkout. If this occurs, we will provide tracking details for the new carrier where available.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.


Authority to Leave

Some delivery services may allow parcels to be left unattended at the delivery address.

If you choose or provide authority to leave, you acknowledge that your parcel may be left without a signature.

Original Goodness Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered, unless otherwise required by law.

If you are concerned about unattended delivery, we recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.


Delivery Instructions

You may be able to provide delivery instructions at checkout.

Delivery instructions should be used to help the driver locate your address, for example:

  • “Leave at reception”
  • “Front unit”
  • “Office hours 9am–5pm”
  • “Last house at end of driveway”

Please note that carriers may not be able to follow specific delivery time requests, such as:

  • “Deliver between 1pm and 2pm”
  • “Call before delivery”
  • “Leave inside the garage”

Original Goodness Australia cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

Original Goodness Australia is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Original Goodness Australia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Strikes or service interruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances outside our control

We will assist where possible by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged parcel
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Split Deliveries

Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel.

This may occur due to:

  • Stock availability
  • Order size
  • Warehouse handling
  • Carrier requirements

If your order is shipped separately, tracking details will be provided where available.


International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Original Goodness Australia has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Refused International Deliveries

If you refuse to pay customs charges or refuse delivery, your parcel may be returned, delayed, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

Original Goodness Australia is not responsible for any loss, delay or additional cost caused by refused customs charges or refused delivery.

We cannot mark international orders as gifts or declare a lower value to reduce customs fees.
